Courage

Today I need courage
Today I need strength
To do something which
Absolutely cannot wait

Courage is hard
Courage is scary
It musters emotion
Of which I am wary

It brings discomfort
And a small dose of fear
It adds vulnerability
Naked, standing here

So muster up courage
Muster up strength
And do that which
Absolutely can’t wait
